Our organization is relatively small compared to global names, and we remain this way by design. Our goal is to remain experts in the few industries we have mastered. To do so, our team-members often return to the workforce within the industry to reconnect and remaster the intricacies of each trade. We don't hire cyclically, and we do not have an 'up-or-out' program within our organization. And while all of our members are highly educated, they have also worked in small towns across the world, connecting to a world beyond the gleaming skyscrapers and Fortune 500 companies.

Pride, Not Arrogance

Staying small has also a large advantage that has become ever more apparent in recent times; our organizational values can better be represented. All the members of Asterism know each other, and we are more than just 'consultant in the X office.' We are able to correct each other when mistakes occur. As a result, we are able to ensure our final product is something we can be proud of.

Ethical

We will say no. Our organization continues to stand by its values to not harm or take advantage of others, and as a result, we have, and will continue to, refuse service or projects with questionable ethics. That is all.
